Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • You received the wrong item or an incomplete package.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice) is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and operational reasons, some products cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care items (e.g., grooming tools and hygiene products)
  • Opened or used electronic gadgets
  • Custom-made or special-order products
  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at contact@mdsvisions.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product (if damaged or defective).
  3. Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Once approved, you may be asked to ship the product back to us or wait for a courier pickup, depending on your location and service availability.

4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet, etc.).
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

If a return request is rejected due to the item being used, damaged by the customer, incomplete, or not in its original condition, the product may be returned to you.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • After delivery, you may request a return subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 7 business days after approval:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
