Welcome to MDS Vision. We appreciate your trust in us. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through our website, mdsvisions.com.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
- In cases of high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
- If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
We deliver products across India through trusted courier partners.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
- Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, weather conditions, public holidays, courier service disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹49 will be charged.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing:
- Your tracking number
- Shipment tracking details
- Courier partner information (where applicable)
You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the notification.
5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address or customer unavailability:
- The courier partner may attempt re-delivery.
- If the package is returned to us, we can arrange re-shipment after confirming the correct address.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take shipping-related issues seriously.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email us at contact@mdsvisions.com with clear photos of the package and product.
Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the courier partner, we will provide either:
- A replacement product, or
- A full refund,
at no additional cost to you.
7. International Shipping
At present, MDS Vision ships only within India.
We plan to introduce international shipping services in the future. Updates will be announced on our website when available.
